Two Day Course
In this course you will carry-out a Financial Analysis of the service and parts department. This will include analyzing areas of opportunity within the various Key Performance Indicators. We will also review expenses at a high level focusing on controllable expenses. This will lead into an analysis of what’s being sublet. From this point we look at what and why we sublet with the intent of purchasing any needed equipment and the “Return on Investment” of this purchase. Listed below are the topics we will be covering:
